服务政策和流程

被邀请参加晚宴的人员需要在在QQ群中获得讨论后；可以发出邀请，没有签署HIPPA协议的人员原则上不可以被邀请；

正式的晚宴短信需要单独发送，不可以群发；

发送后，需要等待对方答复可以参加，需要将提供“可以参加本次晚宴”答复的手机短信截图；如不提供截图，该订单纳入没有完成或没有能力完成的订单；

需要然后统计人数，预算用餐金额和打印服务支票；

被邀请的人员需要有两张合影，如被邀请的为8人，与贵宾合影的照片为16张

晚宴结束后需要提供全部合影照片、支付的支票截图本次宴请发票收据为服务结束
