玉兰客户医疗指标和孕前检查流程

 

全部位于中国本土的玉兰的客户，需要在中国三甲医院完成孕前检查，孕前检查病例需要将扫描后的原件递交给美国医生做评估，如果美国医生确定体检结果没有问题，可以接受客户的申请。客户来美国以后要按照美国FDA标准孕前检查进行血液检查。

 中国境内孕前检查：

女方检查项目：

以下4项需在例假的第三天进行检查

1.卵泡生成素（FSH）
2.促黄体生成素（LH）
3.雌二醇值（Estradio）
4.垂体泌乳素（Prolactin）

以下4项需在例假结束后的3-5天进行检查

1.卵泡数      ( Follicles)
2.子宫颈抹片（PAP Smear ）
4.促甲狀腺素 （TSH）
3.尿样检测或对淋病衣原体的宫颈标本化验

 

以下8项可在任何时间进行检查（男女方均要求）

 

1.血常规 （CBC）
2.葡萄糖，也称空腹血糖（Fasting Glucose ）
3.梅毒血清特异性抗体 （RPR）
4.艾滋病抗体（HIV）
5.丙肝抗体（Hepatitis Cantibody ）
6.乙肝5项全部指标（ Hepatitis B ）
7.巨细胞病毒（CMV ）
8.ABO+RhD血型鉴定 （Blood group +RH）

 

其中要包括如下检验结果（FDA指标）

 

1. Hepatitis B surface antigen 乙肝抗体
2. Hepatitis B core antibody, total 乙肝核心总抗体

美国医学检查服务一口价3000美元，包含以下筛查服务：（如在签约前去美国做了检查，这个费用不包含在以后购买的套餐服务中，均不做扣除）

体检或测试可在美国玉兰试管婴儿医院进行， 精液样品要被冷冻
A. FDA 测试/筛查必须在冷冻后7天之内进行, FDA 血液检查使用特定的检查试剂， 由以下测试组成，

  • 血型和溶血性检测
  • 乙肝表面抗原
  • 乙肝核心总抗体
  • 丙肝抗体
  • 梅毒
  • 快速血清反应素环状卡片试验，用作梅毒的筛查
  • 艾滋病一型和二型
  • 艾滋病一型/丙肝病毒 核酸检测
  • 沙眼衣原体
  • 淋病奈瑟菌
  • 细胞白血病病毒, 一型和二型
  • 巨细胞病毒总抗体

  • 完整的针对精子形态按严格标准作的精液分析

强烈建议产前检查以防止基因疾病（病人如果不希望体检可签署同意放弃检查的声明）

以上检查也可由玉兰生殖研究所指定认证的机构来做，比如厦门妇幼保健所，解放军北京军区总医院，中华人民共和国301医院等.

Collection kit will be sent from ViroMed. Tubes will need to be
centrifuged and plasma from the lavender tube removed and placed
into a labeled vial. Urine will need to be placed into the collection tube
in the appropriate range.

Collection kit will be sent from ViroMed. Tubes will need to be
centrifuged and plasma from the lavender tube removed and placed
into a labeled vial. Urine will need to be placed into the collection tube
in the appropriate range.

2. The egg donor is required to come to Yulane for about 12-14 days for stimulation care at Yulane Contracted Clinic. Yulane will pay for the traveling and lodging plus per diem.

 Ultrasound Name and Monitoring

Donor can start monitoring around her home and come once their follicles reach 14-15 mm. Then they would be in Chicago @ one week. It's really hard to predict exactly. This would be best.  Although, we  have even seen patients for their final ultrasound and two days later their retrieval. This means they stay in Chicago for only about 4 days ( not optimal but can be done).

The IVF physican  can order the ultrasound. We call if a "follicular scan with lining check" but IVF physican does like to explain to the ultrasound tech exactly what we are looking for. 

"follicular scan with lining check"  can be done with patients gyn office.

Knowledge - positive Hepatitis B Core

 

  • In the even the Intended Parents is diagnosed with Hepatitis B positive, The risk of the surrogate becoming infected with Hep B from the embryo is essentially zero. Therefore a surrogate would not be required to be vaccinated against Hepatitis B before the transfer.

 

  • The surrogate may be require to be vaccinated against Hepatitis B that is developed immunity and then agrees for the transfer. The immune system is redundant, and B and T cells collaborate. However, almost all current vaccines work through induction of antibodies in serum or on mucosa that block infection or interfere with microbial invasion of the bloodstream.
